Empty results OMEGA with XAPIAN 1.0.1
Hi,
I configured XAPIAN 1.0.1 and OMEGA 1.0.1. on my development machine
(first removed the old ones). I recreated my databases (both quartz
and flint) and tried to run original queries against the databases
created by the new versions.
I'm getting empty result sets from OMEGA. If I use the delve tool I
actually see that the records are created fine. No log files are

We are working on including JMAP support to Dovecot. At this moment I cannot give any promise for exact version, but hopefully it will be part of v2.3

Hi, I'm adapting the omega (in a Python way ;) to do search across multiple
remotes database, for now, I have only one xapian-tcpsrc running, but I have
documents being inserted at the same time, so (like I have readed in others
e-mails) the xapian-tcpsrc throw the following message:

Xapian 1.2.19 released
I'm happy to be able to announce the release of Xapian 1.2.19, which
you can download from:
http://xapian.org/download
Since 1.2.16, release tarballs are compressed with xz instead of gzip,
as it provides much better compression, without being too slow to
decompress. (For now at least, Search::Xapian is still gzipped.)
We decided not to provide multiple formats for the downloads. The size

xapian-tcpsrv very slow
Hi,
I have been looking at xapian for a project and have so far been very
impressed. I have hit one major problem the final architecture requires
that the web server be a deferent machine from the server that xapian is
installed on. With my test code using local database ($db_path =
"/var/xapain_db/default"; $db = new_database($db_path);) a query takes
around 0.012 seconds on

bootstrap: macro `AM_CXXFLAGS' not found in library
Folks,
I get this when I try to run 'bootstrap' to rebuild Xapian from scratch.
This is the current revision from the svn repository today (8400).
Any suggestions on what other package may be needed (both gcc and g++
are installed).

Incorrect get_matches_estimated() of Xapian::Mset
Hello, As I know, get_matches_estimated() return an estimate for the number of documents with matches the query.
But now, I found it get a disparity between the return value and real mathced number. For an example: the real matched number is 58, but the return value is 458; so when the users click the hinder page, get a blank page ... so they often complain to me.
I found that the main reason is
