Barplot and plot means with confidence intervals in the same plot
I want to obtain a barplot with error bars and a mean plot with error bars with other scale on the left in the same plot. I need help to get the same x axis (centered) when overlay two plots (barplot2 and plotCI (or lineplot.CI) with errorbars), with diferent y axis. I am attempting to develop a multiple regression model using selected model variables that should all be treated as numeric (mostly real) values. How to rotate the axisnames in a BARPLOT
Hi all, - how can I do a barplot with rotated axis labels? I've seen the example for just a plot in the FAQ, but I'll missing the coordinates to plot my text at the right position beneath the bars. Adding polygons to a barplot
I have a barplot I have created using barplot2 and I have been able to add points and lines (using the points and lines methods, respectively). I now need to add some polygons (triangles in particular), that I want to be shaded to match bars in the plot. How can I put error bars on a barplot() ?
