[LLVMdev] dump cfg after each pass
A dumb question -- is there a way to dump cfg after each pass, something like: --print-cfg-after=sccp, or is there a standard post-processing script that builds the cfg vcg/dot file from the ir dump? Rgraphviz - neato layout - edge weights do not have an effect
Dear all, neato makes layouts according to a physical model in which the length of the edges is determined by springs. The weight of the edge is the strength of the spring. However, I was not able to find any influence of edge weight on the layout. In the http://www.graphviz.org/Documentation/neatoguide.pdf the attribute "len" is another parameter of the neato layout. set.seed(31)

Compiling Rgraphiz on Windows 7 64bit with R-2.13.0
Hi all, I am trying to compile Rgraphiz on Windows 7 64bit with R-2.13.0. I have installed Rtools213.exe from [1]. The 64bit packages in [2] provided me with the 64 bit version of graphviz. After intalling the binary version Rgraphviz 1.30 (in 32bit) it complains (as expected) that: > library(Rgraphviz) Error: package 'Rgraphviz' is not installed for 'arch=x64' I

Managing DLLs with the same names in an R session
I am having a problem using two DLLs with the same name, but obviously located in different directories, in an R session. The troublesome package is the (Bioconductor) Rgraphviz package. It relies on (3rd party software) graphviz and imports functions from (Bioconductor) package graph. Unfortunately, the current stable release of graphviz for Windows

Can't load Rgraphviz on windows-based R
Hi, I have problem loading Rgraphviz. Following the instructions specified by the README in Rgraphviz_1.20.3.tar.gz didn't help either. o. set the following Windows environment variables accordingly (control panel -> systems -> Advanced -> Environment Variables ): (a) create new user variables: GRAPHVIZ_INSTALL_DIR (e.g., C:\Graphviz-2.21)

Rgraphviz and R 2.9 in ubuntu jaunty
Dear people, I'm new here, so this is my first try. I have ubuntu 9.04 installed with R 2.8 (which surprises me because I realized that the last version R 2.9 is available but in the Synaptic Package Manager 2.8 appears as the last one). I have also graphviz 2.20.2. I have been trying to install Rgraphviz either from R running "biocLite("Rgraphviz")" and from the shell

You are right and the problem is solved. Re: about the possible errors in Rgraphviz Package
Hi Martin, It is really a 'PATH' problem. After adding C:\Program Files\Graphviz2.20\bin to the 'PATH' environment variable, the Rgraphviz package can be loaded without any error messages. Sorry that I ONLY set my 'PATH' environment variable correctly for R but not for Graphviz. Thank you and Duncan so much for your great help. Howard On Tue Mar 30 18:12:54

[LLVMdev] Extracting an AST to Graphviz using Clang
Dears, I am new to this list, and hope this question is pertinent to this mailing list. I have been trying to use Clang to extract an AST from my source code, but without success when attempting to do so with Graphviz. I created a thread on Stackoverflow recently in hope any could help me [1], but the question is actually pretty simple. I keep getting Stmt::viewAST is only available in debug

Hi, I am installing Rgraphviz at Linux Fedora Core 2 with 32 bit AMD athlon with 512 RAM. I have installed graphviz version: graphviz-1.16-1.src.rpm installed already on system. [LLVMdev] Extracting an AST to Graphviz using Clang
Hi Carlos, > I am new to this list, and hope this question is pertinent to this mailing > list. Welcome! > Stmt::viewAST is only available in debug builds on systems with Graphviz or > gv! You need to actually build Clang in debug mode for this particular method to be available, which is very likely why you're seeing this error. I don't think that Clang builds shipped with

how to define PKG_CONFIG_PATH ?
Dear List, as I'm trying to install R and Rgraphwiz on a Fedora Linux, I have a problem with the environement variable "PKG_CONFIG_PATH". The library "libgvc" is not getting recognized / found, although a recent version libgvc is on the system and can be seen via /usr/lib64. I've tried to edit the paths described in /etc/ldpaths but without any success. Any hints how

[LLVMdev] Extracting an AST to Graphviz using Clang
Hi Joey, Still the same message. I am running it from llvm-2.9/Debug/bin/clang -cc1 -ast-view ~/smd.c Is this where you were referring to? [LLVMdev] Extracting an AST to Graphviz using Clang
Hi Joey, I think there is still something missing. I ignored the -j as you mentioned and saw on the documentation that to compile on debug mode I could do so using: $./configure --disable-optimized As a result by the end I compiled llvm2.9 I got: llvm[0]: ***** Completed Debug Build llvm[0]: ***** Note: Debug build can be 10 times slower than an llvm[0]: ***** optimized build. Use make

[LLVMdev] Extracting an AST to Graphviz using Clang
Hi Alex, Would you recommend any specific link in respect on how to compile in debug mode? I downloaded the Mac OS version on the website so I did not compile anything. I am sort of a rookie on bash but I should be able to figure my way around this. Also, is there any particular reason why this functionality is only available on debug mode? Thank you so much for the fast reply, was driving me

[LLVMdev] Extracting an AST to Graphviz using Clang
Just to add one more thing. I have been trying to install the gv on my mac os but I have not been successful either. The gv build requires xaw3d ( http://directory.fsf.org/wiki/Xaw3d ) which apparently has not been updated for quite few years and the download is not even available anymore. Just in case another person comes to get stuck on this on Mac OS: http://web.mit.edu/mfloyd/www/computing/mac/gv/ This link explains the process on getting gv installed since Xaw3d dependency even has a 'error' (actually missing few parameters) on a line that prevents code compilation that needs to be fixed before configuring and make it works. -- I have gv installed now and my bash

[LLVMdev] Extracting an AST to Graphviz using Clang
You need to run the clang from the build directory. Something like ./Debug+Asserts/bin/clang Joey On 9 June 2012 22:52, Carlos Andrade <carlosviansi at gmail.com> wrote: > Just in case another person comes to get stuck on this on Mac OS: > > http://web.mit.edu/mfloyd/www/computing/mac/gv/ > > This link explains the process on getting gv installed since Xaw3d > dependency

[LLVMdev] Extracting an AST to Graphviz using Clang
Hi, The -j option just says how many processes are started to parallelise the build. The default option is to build Debug+Asserts, so unless you add any extra arguments when you run './configure', you should be fine!
