Sieve envelope :detail "to" "xxx" does not deliver to fileinto destination
Dear Listmember. I try to migrate from my current courier-mta setup fo postfix dovecot setup. I use the following scirpt to filter to the destination mailbox. ### /var/vmail/none.at/al/sieve/lists.sieve require ["fileinto", "subaddress", "envelope" ]; if envelope :detail "to" "pdnsusers" { fileinto "Lists.pdnsusers"; } ###

Problem with Sieve Vacation
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi, dovecot version 1.2.12 on freebsd 7.0 with dovecot-sieve-1.2+0.1.17 I have users in ldap and aliases in /etc/aliases and i use postfix. There is an alias testuser at hostname for tuser at hostname. sieve sending vacation message from vmail@ns1.domain.tld
I have a server running centos-release-7-2.1511.el7.centos.2.10.x86_64 with dovecot version 2.2.10. I am also using roundcube for webmail. when a vacation filter (reply with message) is created in roundcube it adds a rule to managesieve.sieve in the user's mailbox. everything works fine except the reply comes from vmail at ns1.domain.tld instead of user at domain.tld. ns1.domain.tld

Sieve vacation address problem
Hi, it seams I have a problem with the vacation script. The problem is that the vacation answers to a address that is not listed in the sieve script. I checked the postfix master.conf which delivers to lda correct parameter. In the logfile you can see that that office at example.com received a message that get delivered to user at example.com (with the sievescipt) and to office at

sieve vacation alias handling problem
Hi, I am using Dovecot LDA as LMTP renders envelope extension unusable. The problem I have noticed is that when user has multiple aliases sieve responds to all of them, not only to :addresses specified. >From testing it seems that :addresses only adds addresses to the list of "known" emails to check against. It is not limiting it. As I understand, sieve should check if To: header

Could you send your configuration (output from `dovecot -n`)? Also, please provide an example scenario; i.e., for one problematic delivery provide: - The values of the variables substituted below. - The incoming e-mail message. - The Sieve script (or at least that vacation command). Dovecor 1.2 : Command output: Fatal: Unknown argument: flags=DRhu Usage: deliver [-c <config file>] [-a <address>] [-d <username>] [-p <path>] [-f <envelope sender>] [-m <mailbox>] [-n] [-s] [-e] [-k] )
Hi there, I changed postfix to pass email to spamassassin, and then deliver to dovecot LDA. It fails to deliver. The current entry in master.cf now reads: dovecot unix - n n - - pipe flags=DRhu user=vmail:vmail argv=/usr/lib/dovecot/deliver -d ${recipient} smtp inet n - - - - smtpd -o content_filter=spamassassin

Can't achieve alias working with SQL
Hello, On a fresh install of Jessie, I achieve to make dovecot/postfix working with SQL, but I still can't send email to alias for wich one I get : "Unknown user" After debug enable in dovecot, I see that the user_query SQL , just query for the "users" table and not the "forward" table so the final alias user is not known. But when I check postfix for

lmtp and recipient_delimiter
Hi list, I have a small problem with recipient_delimiters contained in usernames. Recently I have extended recipient_delimiter from "+" to "+-" in both Postfix and Dovecot (using lmtp) and now any user that have a '-' in it's username can't receive mail anymore, because lmtp truncates the localpart after the '-' and of course can't find the first

Hello! Today I''m announcing a "soft but official" release of Mongrel 0.3.13.4 for the Unix fans in the crowd. You can read the announce at: http://mongrel.rubyforge.org/ This release includes new versions of mongrel_upload_progress and mongrel_cluster.

compress and max upload size?
I am using mongrel_cluster with mod_proxy_balancer and would like to enable compression (assuming it improves throughtput) and limit file size upload. I configured mod_deflate and LimitRequestSize in Apache, but in my trials looks like the proxied calls bypass those directives (the conf goes below). Is there a way to get this? -- fxn # Adapt this .example locally, as usual. # # To be

Dovecot and recipient_delimiter
Hi, we're using thunderbird as our client, it has the functionality to sort spamassassin tagged mails in a folder called 'Junk'. I have this folder on my dovecot server and i'd like to use the recipient_delimiter feature to get my spam/junk mails directly to this folder. what i have done yet: dovecot.conf: plugin { recipient_delimiter = + } postfix: master.cf dovecot
