Webmail architecture : questions about cache and storage backend
Hi, I have some questions about dovecot-2.1 and need some advice about software architecture. My company plans to develop a kind of Document Managing System (DMS) and one of its module is a webmail that is currently in a pre-alpha stage (if you are curious you can have a look here http://kairos.smartmobili.com/ but don't be surprised if it doesn't work and please do not use IE for

[LLVMdev] [cfe-dev] clang with pthread on mingw
Hi Vincent, This is an LLVM issue, rather than a clang issue, so llvmdev is the appropriate mailing list for this report. Your fix looks semantically valid, but it would be cleaner to only create and destroy the pthread_rwlockattr_t if it is actually needed, rather than creating it, initialising it, not using it, and then destroying it on mingw (and, as the code currently stands, *BSD). The

rails datatables refresh javascript
Hi I followed a railscast episode and got datatables up and running, beautifully along with the nice jquery-ui as in the front page. The main issue I''m having though is that I suck at CoffeeScript/JS ~_~ I''m trying get the datatables to reload every 1 second but I don’t see any request coming into my webserver for refreshes and hence, no refreshes on the web page itself.

append rows to Sybase datatable using RJDBC
Hi, Does anyone have experience using RJDBC library to write to Sybase datatable? The jdbc driver I am using is jConnect 6.0. I can successfully write into a new datatable, but have problem appending rows to existing one. It either complains "Table *** already exists" or simply overwrite the existing one. Here is the example. I am trying to append 'data' to the existing

How to "scramble" emails
Hi, I am working on a webmail project using dovecot as imap server and I would need to make a demo however I don't want to show all my emails addresses. So my question is knowing that I am using the maildir format, would it ne possible to do a kind of search and replace of all emails/cc/to and replace them by fake ones or will it break something like indexes ? Thanks

How to change name of .so/.dll
Hi, I've added R_init_data_table to the "data.table" package (which has a dot in its name). This works well in R 2.15.0, because of this from the Writing R Extensions manual : " Note that there are some implicit restrictions on this mechanism as the basename of the DLL needs to be both a valid file name and valid as part of a C entry point (e.g. it cannot contain ?.?): for

Help on aggregate method
Dear R experts, I would really appreciate if you had an idea on how to use more efficiently the aggregate method: More specifically, I would like to calculate the mean of certain values on a data frame,? grouped by various attributes, and then create a new column in the data frame that will have the corresponding mean for every row. I attach part of my code: matchMean <-

The previous post have a typo: problem in ARM assembly: I use LDR to load an external symbol : LDR R7,=DataTable But clang gives error: unexpected token in operand to the '=', Then I change the code to: LDR R7,DataTable The error becomes: unsupported relocation on symbol. [LLVMdev] ARM assembler's syntax in clang
Hi Ashi, Your first LDR is a pseudoinstruction that is supported by some tools (gas and armasm, at least), but not by LLVM. Roughly speaking, it turns into a PC-relative load from a literal pool. To do what you're trying to achieve you can write your own literal pool in your assembly. You can see some examples of this sort of thing at

Hi, Bernie, Thanks for your reply! However, I still have problem by following edk2's code, my test code is attached, what I want to do is build it as a dynamic lib. But I get error from ld: ld: illegal text-relocation to _data_table in table.o from foo in use_table.o for architecture armv7 Do you have any suggestion to solve this? Thanks! //==begin table.c== int data_table[] = {0xff, 0xff};

Problem with save or/and if (I think but maybe not ...)
Hi, I recently discovered the R program and I thought it could be useful to me. I have to analyse data saved as .Px file (x between 0 and 8 - .P0 files have 18 lines at the beginning that I have to skip). New files are generated everyday. This is my strategy : In order to analyse the data, I first want to copy the new data in a database in MySQL (which already contains the previous data). So
