Hi, I'm using dovecot 2.0.beta5 (IMAP and LMTP+sieve) and I'm getting lots of errors like this: Warning: /data/mail/4567/Maildir/dovecot-uidlist: Duplicate file entry at line 3: 1274182284.M635158P16414.mail,S=767,W=785:2,S (uid 5 -> 16) All data is stored on local disk (ext3, no NFS!). null errors from 2.0.beta5
When my dovecot-2.0.beta5 auth module logs a 552-byte debug message, the message is split into two lines and also a null error message: Wed Jun 9 23:44:29 gromit dovecot[58892]: auth: Error: I think this has to do with the use of PIPE_BUF (512) sized buffers in the logging code, and the !line_is_ok() case in i_failure_parse_line(). Well, I have written that onboard network controller doesn't work... It's not true anymore. A small howto: 1) add pci network card 2) install with "linux all-generic-ide pci=nommconf" 3) update to the latest distro kernel 2.6.9-42.0.3 4) get http://heanet.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/e1000/e1000-7.3.20.tar.gz 5) do have kernel-headers, rpmbuild ... etc. 6) rpmbuild -ta

[PATCH] avoid undefined behavior in fmt_scaled()
fmt_scaled() computes the absolute value of its argument, and returns an error if the result is still negative (i.e., when the value is LLONG_MIN). However, taking the negative of LLONG_MIN is undefined behavior in C, and some compilers (e.g., gcc-4.7.2) will optimize away the 'abval < 0' check as being always false (since it can only be true with undefined behavior).
