sieve addflag has stopped working
Dovecot 1.2.10 in Debian, using Dovecot sieve. I have a sieve script, generated by Ingo, that's supposed to mark spam messages as "Seen" and file them into the Junk folder. In part it reads: require ["regex", "body", "imapflags", "fileinto"]; if exists "X-Spam-Flag" { addflag "\\Seen"; fileinto

pigeonhole sieve imapflags bug
Hi all, ok, I just instealled the dovecot 2.0.0 release, and the latest mercurial pigeonhole source. All is well, except for a particular sieve rule that may not be working right. It is a simple rule that looks like this : require ["fileinto","imap4flags"]; # rule:[Past Due Notices] if allof (header :contains "Subject" "Account Past Due Notice") {

Sieve removeflag Action
Hi, I recently noticed that some of my automatically processed mails do no longer show flags with current Dovecot builds. This used to work before, not sure what broke it or whether I used it in the wrong way. When the removeflag line is dropped *both* messages get flagged in the client, one in INBOX and one in Trash. With removeflag in place, *both* messages are unflagged, the one in INBOX and

Sieve (randomly?) flagging messages as \\Seen \\Deleted
Hi, I'm trying to debug (without great results, so far) a very weird behaviour in my environment. Sorry if this came out in another form before, but I've not been able to find out anything resembling what I'm experiencing, so far... OS is a debian wheezy and dovecot is the version provided by the OS: # 2.1.7: /etc/dovecot/dovecot.conf # OS: Linux 3.2.0-4-amd64 x86_64 Debian 7.4

UTF-8 in dovecot-sieve ?
Hi, Reading http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc3028#section-2.7.2 I thought that out-of-the-box dovecot can filter messages by matching header in UTF-8. But when I tested it, it failed : (I'm using 1.0.5 with sieve plugin) Here is my .dovecot.sieve file : ---------- require ["fileinto", "imapflags"]; if allof(header :contains "subject" "filtre") {

Only part of sieve script works
Hi, I am using Dovecot 2.2.11 with Pigeonhole on Arch Linux. I have a partly working sieve script (pasted to the end of this mail) which sorts mail into various imap folders. The first, third and fourth if blocks work just fine. The second and fifth block do not sort any mails. However, if I apply the script with sieve-test to mails the second and fifth block seem to work. How is the manual
