This has puzzled me for at least a week. please help. It seems that if a model class has any other custom attributes besides DB column attributes, and model class is not in /app/models/ folder, rails does not load custom attributes after 1st time, only DB column attributes. only way to see my custom attributes works is if model class has no module and is under /app/models/, not anywhere else.

Hi Group, I set up samba3.0 to work as ADS-Member-Server. I created a share called /test and chown group to gg_test to it. Access to share works without any problems. I also can add files and directories to this share. When I now make ln -l, the files I added got the group-permissions "Domain Users" and not gg_test, as I expected. Do someone know a solution? Hi, I made the switch from KDE4->XFCE, and because gdm takes more time than xfce to start I would like to replace it with lightdm. I installed lightdm, set it as default display manager and configured the gtk greeter. However, when I start I only get a black screen (x running) and nothing else happens. I use file_column and it works fine. I tried to change the store_dir to a the path I want my files to be stored and not the default. I stored some images fine. But when I try to reach my images it seems like file_column uses the model_name/attribute_name on the image and not the store_dir I used. How can I change this ?
