As said in wiki, to install samba-4.12.3 you need to install a version equal to or greater than 3.4.7 of gnutls. This (gnutls) depends on nettle and gmp. The problem: CentOS' version of GNUTLS is too old to link against, so I compiled and installed GNUTLS from source and put it into /opt where it doesn't hurt the already installed GNUTLS.
