Lost messages when "Moved to Trash"
We are using Dovecot 0.99.10.5 on a Redhat 9.0 Box.
We are using the Squirrelmail Webmail client, and have occasionally had a
problem with users move messages from their Inbox to the "Trash" folder.
The Selected messages move to the Trash folder, but the rest of the
messages in the INBOX disappear.

Outlook Express Mailstore on Samba share
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA1
Hi list,
last Thursday I upgraded a samba installation from 2.2.12 to 3.0.14a.
Everything went fine with the debian packages. But...
All roaming profiles are registry hacked to place the OE mailstore onto
the home drive and this worked fine for the last two years. Now after
the upgrade all of my users complain about corrupt dbx files. Can anyone

Outlook Express with XP...
Dovecot 2.0.9
I am able to connect successfully with Thunderbird, Win 8, Apple Mail, iPhone, iPad.
Outlook Express on Win XP receives just fine, but will not send. I get a "Client host rejected: Access denied? message. I believe this is simply Postfix telling me the connection isn?t properly authenticated, as setting up the exact same credentials on another client (non OE) works. It is

Outlook Express / Namespaces
Hi,
I'm planning to switch from courier-imap to dovecot. Everythings seems
fine. I adjust the namespaces to avoid client side changes.
This works with Thunderbird, but Outlook Express seems to have problmes
with the path "INBOX.", that I've configured in the client settings. I can
remove that path, but the folders will be sorted under the inbox.
Is there something that I've

Outlook express confusion
Hi,
This may be a problem with my config file but I am finding that
customers (and more importantly my boss) that are using outlook express
when using test66/67 (upgraded from test60 + from address patch) are
having message reappear after being fully deleted (not just marked) but
are unreadable, sometimes blank headers appear too but again no message.
Since it is affecting my boss he has told me

Outlook Express with XP...
Correct me if I?m wrong, but I thought Dovecot handled client authentication, and once authenticated handed off to postfix?

outlook express 6 imap client workaround
My outlook express users connecting with imap are having issues with
client timeout. The wiki says to add oe6-fetch-no-newmail, but when I
add that workaround I get this error in the logs:
Jun 2 10:00:13 mail dovecot: IMAP(username): Unknown client workaround:
oe6-fetch-no-newmail
I'm using 1.0b7. Any ideas?

Outlook/Express Crawling with Domains
I'm gonna try to give as complete a description as I can. Maybe someone
can point me in the right direction, as I haven't seen anything exactly
like this.
I'm attempting to switch from Workgroup to Domain at work. On a couple
machines I did fresh installs of XP, used the registry patch, and
succesffully got logons, roaming profiles working. However, when a user

Timeouts with outlook express
Hi
I am using Dovecot 0.99.12.1 (just upgraded) on a site with about 1500
mailboxes. One thing I have noticed is when the client outlook express
is receiving a large mail via pop3 it gets a time out. There is traffic.
If you click on the "wait" button in the dialogue the mail continues to
download.
This seem to relate to the "Server Timeouts" setting under mail account

[LLVMdev] Phabricator sending empty state change emails for Audit
Hi Manuel,
It's been brought to my attention that my usage of the Phabricator Audit tool to track which commits have been reviewed is causing a large number of (almost) empty emails to be sent to the commit authors and anyone else added to the audit as a reviewer. Presumably there are some state change emails that we haven't blocked yet (e.g. the 'Accept commit' and 'Resign

[JOB] at yakimaherald.com
Friends-
I have taken a new job and will be moving at the end of March. The
newspaper I currently work for is looking for someone to take my
place. I have really enjoyed working here. It is a great environment
with very nice people to work with. And the best part is you get to
develop in Ruby and Rails, for everything!
The paper is willing to accept applications from people who would

signon problem
I am using openssh version 3.6p1 under AIX 5.1. I am trying to change the
login herald. I have changed /etc/security/login.cfg, and when logging in
via telnet, I see the new herald. When I log in through ssh, using public
key authentication, I get the default herald. I am not sure if I am
changing the correct file. If I have missed something in the documentation
I apologize, but I don't see

[LLVMdev] Phabricator and private reviews
I have seen the "Too many recipients to the message" several times.
A limit of 10 includes the patch author and the list leaving just 8
subscribers/reviewers is way too low.
Given that these e-mails can be sent only by a Phab. user I'm not sure that
spam is a problem at all:
A potential spammer would first have to subscribe to Phab. then create a
proper diff,... far easier just to

Its possible the rL (LLVM) had be added as the repository in the review on
creation rather than rCFE, if thats the case then the herald rule "H270" is
going to fire because it see the repository in the review, so add LLVM

Phabricator subscribes non-clang projects to llvm-commit, but the commit hook still uses cfe-commits
This seems to happen for several projects including libcxx, libcxxabi, and
libunwind.
Shouldn't herald and the commit hooks do the same thing?
Here's a link to the rule herald is using: https://reviews.llvm.org/H270
