Svyglm Error
Greetings, I am revisiting code from several different files I have saved from the past and all used to run flawlessly; now when I run any of the svyglm related functions, I am coming up with an error: Error in model.frame.default(formula = F3ATTAINB ~ F1PARED, data = data, : the ... list does not contain 4 elements The following is a minimal reproducible example: library(RCurl)

problem pasting into Illustrator CS2
To Whom it May Concern: I have been using R version 2.6.2 for awhile now, installed on a PowerMac G5 running OS 10.4.11 I typically get Quartz graphics output from R into Adobe Illustrator CS2 simply by copying and pasting. Upon upgrading to R version 2.7.0, I now receive an error from Illustrator when trying to paste R generated graphics from the Quartz window into Illustrator. I do

in cor.test, difference between exact=FALSE and exact=NULL
Pardon my ignorance, but is there a difference in cor.test between exact=FALSE and exact=NULL when method=spearman? Take for example: x<-c(1,2,2,3,4,5) y<-c(1,2,2,10,11,12) cor.test(x,y, method="spearman", exact=NULL) This gives an error message, Warning message: Cannot compute exact p-values with ties in: cor.test.default(x, y, method = "spearman", exact = NULL)

cor() function, method="spearman"
Hello, Does anyone know if the cor function, when method = "spearman", returns a correlation coefficient corrected for any ties in the ranks of the data? I have data with quite a few ties and am thinking that I should use a calculation of the coefficient corrected for ties, but before I try and code this calculation myself, I thought I should check whether or not cor() automatically

Add a mapping to a C++ lambda
Apologies for the noop question in advance (just getting started with LLVM), and I'm not entirely sure if this is the right list to post to. is it? I have some lambda functions as member variables that I want to have my LLVM language make calls to. I've added a mapping to them, but this doesn't seem to enable LLVM to resolve the functions. I asked on stackoverflow but the suggestion

Bug in cor.test - Spearman
Greetings. There seems to be a problem with the P-value computation in the cor.test with method="spearman". In R1.8.0 (MS Windows) I seem to be getting intermittently nonsense P-values, but the rho's are OK. I can get this reproducibly with the toy example attached where the first use is OK and subsequent calls with the same data give nonsense. (I have also seen the problem
