I also think you need to reduce the size of the data set... the intent here is to increase your understanding, not debug your particular analysis. Choosing the optimum lag order of ARIMA model
Dear all R users, I am really struggling to determine the most appropriate lag order of ARIMA model. My understanding is that, as for MA [q] model the auto correlation coeff vanishes after q lag, it says the MA order of a ARIMA model, and for a AR[p] model partial autocorrelation vanishes after p lags it helps to determine the AR lag. Undocumented 'use.names' argument to c()
I'd vote for it to stay. It could of course suprise someone who'd expect c(list(a=1), b=2, use.names = FALSE) to generate list(a=1, b=2, use.names=FALSE). On the upside, is the performance gain from using use.names=FALSE.
