Tinn-R and DDE
Hi folks, I'm trying to get these "call-tip" things to work in Tinn-R. I expect them to be somewhat like Microsoft's Intellisense? Anyways, I copy-pasted the recommended Rprofile.site and adjusted it to fit the location of my Tinn-R.exe... It looks like this: ##=============================================================== ## Tinn-R: necessary packages and functions ## Tinn-R:

Dear Rxperts.. I am trying to install a few packages in R (version 2.14.2) on a *64-bit Window 7* workstation. Some of the errors are posted below.. I did not get errors while installing packages through *32-bit R*, except that it could not update some of the packages (already installed with 64-bit R) *A*) When I start *64-bit R (2.14.2)*

R and Tinn-R communication problems
I have a couple of Tinn-R problems that I hope someone may be able to make some suggestions about or point me to a Tinn-R source. So far I have not found anything particularly relevant by googling on Tinn-R. NOTE: Just to be on the safe side I uninstalled both R and Tinn-R , ran some cleanup and registry cleaner software and still am having the problems. Problem One Tinn-R 2.3.7.1 R 2.13.0

The problem mentioned in the 06 Dec 2010 email below still occurs with Tinn-R (v.2.3.7.1) when highlighting a string of code, copying to the clipboard, and trying to send to Rgui via Shift+Ctrl+Q. I can copy 1 line of code to the clipboard and send it to Rgui with Shift+CTRL+Q. This fails with 2 or more lines of code, generating the error: Error in source(.trPaths[5], echo = TRUE,

Tinn-R and R problem
Dear r-users,   Actually, this is not a big problem, however it is a bit annoying.  Everytime I want to use Tinn-R and R. I have to do this step first before I can excute a set of R codes:   R--> configure --> temporarily (current session)   if not it will give this message:   > .trPaths <- paste(paste(Sys.getenv('APPDATA'), '\\Tinn-R\\tmp\\', sep=''),
