Shorewall users - Apr 2014 - shorewall rpm's

What is the difference between the standard RPM's and the RPM's
provided by here
http://www.invoca.ch/pub/packages/shorewall/RPMS/ils-6/noarch/

I am using CentOS 6.5 which RPM set is recommended ?
