Shorewall users - Jun 2013 - Shorewall 4.5.18 RC 1

RC 1 is now available for testing. There is only one change since Beta 3:

1)  The ?SHELL, ?PERL, ?BEGIN SHELL, ?END SHELL, ?BEGIN PERL and ?END
    PERL directives are now case-insensitive.
