Shorewall users - Feb 2013 - RATE LIMITING howto

Hi,

I am looking at rate limiting the requests coming to my web server which
runs firewall via shorewall. 

What I am trying to do is to make sure that there is not more than 5
connections per min coming from the same IP to my web server. 

Could not see any how to''s around for this. Any pointers will be
helpful.

''man shorewall-rules'' and look at the RATE LIMIT column.
