Ok, I''m running into issues with Shorewall. When trying to backup the configuration file I run into this issue... Here is the command: sudo cp /usr/share/doc/shorewall-common/examples/one-interface/* /etc/shorewall/ Here is what I''m getting back: cp: cannot stat `/usr/share/doc/shorewall-common/examples/one-interface/*'': No such file or directory I believe I''ve added the correct package repositories to the sources file but even after doing so and reinstalling Shorewall I still have this issue. I''ve scoured the internet for a solution. Any help would be appreciated. Laurent, Thank you for the reply. So really all i needed to do was remove "common" from /shorewall-common/? Nice, shorewall is now running! All I have to do now is configure the rules!
