I do not use tc personally, so I checked with the main upstream
developer.  Your report does not provide enough information.  Please
post the compressed output of ''shorewall dump'' as a reply to
this
message (both to the bug and to the shorewall-users mailing list)?

Two quick things:

 1. It looks like your mailer has tried to HTML format your message and
    made it very hard to read.  Either send in plain text, or add as an
    attachement.
 2. Upstream had a quick look at this and informed me via IRC that it
    looks like you may not have been uploading at the time you executed
    the command.  If that is the case, then please try again while
    uploading and send in that output.

My mailer does not support anything else than plain text.
But I have now attached a text file.
