Hi to all . I am preparing to migrate to shorewall perl, since the shell no longer will be supported, and having some issues . It is my home server / guinea pig for such tests ;- ))) distribution is Debian Lenny, and for now Shorewall 4.2 . The problem, In an internal machine when I try to authenticate in some sites I receive time out error msg, this is an example : http://www.mercadolivre.com.br/jm/myML It is a Brazilian partner site to EBay, but are others . I started with the shorewall.conf like the attached "shoreswall.conf.dpkg-dist" , but with it severall sites returns time outs . After several checks in the old one, I changed to the attached "shorewall.conf" and things gone better, but not perfect ! My shorewall dump is attached as "home.txt" . Most of the config where done in Shorewall 3.2 . In actual conf make no difference if I change the compiler from shell to perl . And I am already disabled squid to test if the authentication works without it, and still not working . Any help will be welcomed ... Thanks in advance ... Fábio Rabelo ...
