The setting of MODULESDIR is a list of *directories*, not *partial file
names*.

The modules go by different names in different Linux kernel versions.
They may be called nf_conntrack_pptp and nf_nat_pptp in your kernel (and
nf_conntrack_proto_gre and nf_nat_proto_gre). The standard
3.4.6/usr/share/shorewall modules file should load them provided that
you haven''t overridden that file with your own /etc/shorewall/modules
file.
