I wish the list server could stop filtering messages that are percieved to be 50-75% uppercase, but I suppose that would not fix the fact that Outlook''s idea of how to attach files is different from how the rest of the world thinks attachments should be attached. I sent the attachment with a linux command-line mailer, but of course the list server is going to quarantine that because I could not subscribe that user to the mailing list.
