You can use this file
vi /etc/shorewall/routestopped
and put a line like :
#INTERFACE HOST(S) OPTIONS
eth0 IP1,IP2
eth1 192.168.9.0/24
IP1 and IP2 are your public remote IP
192.168.9.0/24 your internal network for example
