Shorewall users - May 2006 - --syn and redirect

Hello im trying to set up this lines on shorewall can any one help

 

 

iptables -t mangle -A PREROUTING -d 10.0.0.0/255.0.0.0 -p tcp --syn -j QUEUE

iptables -A PREROUTING -t nat -d 10.0.0.0/255.0.0.0 -p tcp -j REDIRECT
-to-port 5000
