  Above log message non-stop display on screen, where can disable its?

Since the above ain''t even a full log entry and you missed to tell your
Shorewall version, this is just a guess...

The LOG_MARTIANS option (see the documentation [1]) looks like a good
way to get rid of these messages. And as you mentioned this appearing
"on screen", FAQ 16 [2] may be a good read, too.  HTH

Fix your routing/Network configuration. Your routing table has 192.168.0.3 on 
an interface other than eth0.
