Shorewall users - Apr 2006 - Black List

Hi All, If I want to block the subnet 
(Example-123.123.0.0-123.123.0.255) I would write the entry in my 
blacklist as 123.123.0.0/24 right? OK what if I need to block one like 
(123.123.0.0-123.123.255.255) How would I enter this?

gateway:/etc/shorewall #
