Hi folks - Everything is working fine with the firewall, I''d just like it to stop showing the log entries on the terminal screen (tty1). The machine in question is being used as a terminal, and it interferes with usage. Fairly simple question, I know, but I''ve found nothing in the FAQs, the archives of the list, or the instructions on ShoreWall''s website. Which leads me to think it ain''t Shorewall''s fault, but something else''s... Might also check your /etc/syslog.conf file to be sure that syslog isn''t doing this to you. -Tom -- Tom Eastep \ Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool Shoreline, \ http://shorewall.net Washington USA \ teastep@shorewall.net PGP Public Key \ https://lists.shorewall.net/teastep.pgp.key
