Do you want to run OpenVPN on a firewall/router and allow connection from
the outside to all 3 LANs or do you want to connect the 3 internal LANs
internally via VPN?
In the later case you can look at
http://leaf.sourceforge.net/doc/guide/buopenvpn.html and see how they make
wireless network secure.
