Shorewall users - Sep 2003 - Aliases Intefaces

Hi ! I''m having a problem to configure aliases interfaces.

I use interfaces shaper to control the access bandwidth and to generate 
a graphic to measure the access of all users in my ISP. I use ipchains 
as my firewall.

Now, I wanna change to shorewall to get a MAC control. The problem is: I 
need to set my policy file as ?all all ACCEPT?. Totally dangerous.

Someone knows how to fix this?
