Hello Tom, Many thanks for Shorewall. I''ve been using it since February 2002 and added FreeS/WAN on November 2002. Both products work great. A new network is added to the local network on one side of the vpn. The ultimate objective is for this new network to be able to connect to the servers on the other side of the vpn. Is this possible? Below is the diagram: I want hosts at 192.168.2.0/24 to be able to connect to servers at 192.168.1.0/24. leftsubnet (192.168.1.0/24) | | | public ip (67.114.xx.xx) | | | internet | | | public ip (208.179.xx.xx) | | | right subnet (192.168.4.0/24) | | | router (192.168.4.1) | | | leased line | | | router (192.168.2.1) | | | new subnet (192.168.2.0/24) Thank you in advance. Best regards, Rene

Is this possible?Should work ok -- just define a second tunnel with leftsubnet 192.168.1.0/24 and rightsubnet = 192.168.2.0/24. -Tom -- Tom Eastep \ Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool Shoreline, \ http://shorewall.net Washington USA \ teastep@shorewall.net
