Shorewall users - Aug 2003 - traffic shaping help

hello,
 
pls i am a not an expert on linux ,but i can do some stuffs with it,right now i
want to implement BANDWIDTH MANAGEMENT on my LAN, with this senario, i have a
linux box running as a gateway server,doing masquerade, i have an eth0 connected
to the dsl with bw of 1mbps and i want to limit systems on my LAN to
64kbps,128kbps,32kbps based on ip address as i wanted this is my local ip
192.168.0.-50
and a public of 80.x.y.z.
 
presently i am using shorewall for my firewall and NAT but i understand dat i
can implemet a traffic shaping rule independent of this.
 
pls i will be very grteful if u can send some scripts to me and STEPS on how to
implemet it,Thanks for UR anticipated assistance.
