Shorewall users - May 2003 - tcrules question

Hallo,

is  it  possible to build this iptables rule in the tcrules definition
file in shorewall ?

iptables -A POSTROUTING -t mangle -o $EXTIF -p tcp -m length --length :64 -j
MARK --set-mark 10

Anybody have a good working traffic shaping configuration for adsl?
