Tom, Just a quick note of thanks that I''ve been putting off for a week now. I''ve installed 3 firewalls in my life, the other two took at least a day to get up and running. Shorewall ran the first time I fired it up. The config files are a bit overwhelming in their samples and examples but that''s refreshing compared to the other 2 I installed. The documentation is as complete as any program I''ve used commercial or open source They are so complete and well organized that it becomes obvious when people asking questions on the list without having read them. (or in my case, re-read them!) Most impressive though is the lengths that you Tom, go to in attempting to help people. Even people who haven''t bother to read your ''Read This Before Posting'' page. Thank you Tom (and if there are other contributors that I am overlooking, thank you too) for this product. I know you''ve made my life easier. =C * Cal Evans * Stay Plugged Into Your Audience * christianperformer.com
