You will of course need to allow port 80 inbound. Also see
http://shorewall.sf.net/ports.htm -- there is a section there about FTP on
non-standard ports.
I must add that using port 80 for FTP is a bad idea because it will result
in the kernel on your firewall scanning all http traffic looking for FTP
''PORT'' and ''PASV'' commands!!
