Hello, I noticed a small problem when using SSH connections. SSH sessions are established without any trouble. But, upon exit, some sessions hang and do not return to caller shell on the calling machine. This happens when I connect to my DMZ (either from the net->fw, or from the private network). Any hints ? Regards J6M

What does "shorewall show connections" show regarding the SSH connection after you have exited? -Tom -- Tom Eastep \ Shorewall - iptables made easy AIM: tmeastep \ http://www.shorewall.net ICQ: #60745924 \ teastep@shorewall.net
I think it''s more of a openssh problem. I''ve encountered this before with=20 RedHat systems and just the other day on a Gentoo system. Search the openssh mailing list archives, I think this bug is still open. -Paul On August 27, 2002 11:48 am, Tom Eastep wrote:> On Tuesday 27 August 2002 08:11 am, j 6m wrote: > > Hello, > > > > I noticed a small problem when using SSH connections.
