Shorewall users - Apr 2002 - (Related) IPTables and SSL

Has anyone any problems using https and iptables. Are they any special
considerations for this type of setup?

We are trying to diagnose a problem which exists with a web server
behind the firewall machine where the sessions are timing out. Although
it is more than likley the server, I am also curious as to any special
considerations that need to be made for this.

TCP port 443 is all you should need unless your Web server is doing
something odd like sending an ''Auth'' query. tcpdump is your
friend...
