IMO, TCP Port 2604 should not be included in this macro, since it
isn''t part of the OSPF protocol. It is merely the port used by
default for the Quagga/Zebra ospfd telnet interface, and has no
significance for any other OSPF implementation.
As such, you probably want to use different rules for the two anyway
if your network gets more complex (directly connected subnets only for
OSPF protocol, management workstation addresses for telnet interface).
