Worldlink announces initial funding from Equity Partners Fund (?EPF?). 

We are a private investment group and seek direct 
private equity investments into good companies to 
expand business growth and EBITDA through organic 
expansion,  acquisitions, consolidations/rollups.

We also pay referral fees on success.

Worldlink Group plc (www.worldlink-data.com) announced today 
that it has obtained initial funding through the Special 
Private Placement Agreement (?SPPA?) as previously announced 
with Equity Partners Fund (?EPF?). Worldlink also raised additional 
capital through some referrals made indirectly by EPF.

Speaking about its continuing relationship with EPF, Worldlink CEO 
Neil Riches said "The SPPA structure known as equity line funding, 
has been in use in the United States for about ten years. 

We are beginning to make use of this structure to assist us with our 
funding needs and we think it provides us with a long term solution 
and flexibility while not restricting us from raising additional 
capital at the same time. 

We would especially like to thank Alvin Donovan, Managing Director 
of EPF, for his referrals to institutional funding contacts as well 
as his assistance in helping us to identify acquisition candidates, 
which is an important part of our growth model. 

We are now working with EPF and Alvin Donovan for the purpose of 
identifying a strategic partner and possible addition to our board 
of directors who can assist us in the enforcement of our patent rights 
in the UK, US and Europe.?
