Secure testing team - Aug 2009 - RFS: xscreensaver security fix

I am looking for a sponsor for a security update to xscreensaver in
unstable.  Attached is the debdiff for your review.

Since this issue is not receiving a DSA, you''ll need to speak with the
stable
release team about upload permission.

mentors will only allow me to upload one package with the same name at
a time.  i''ve re-uploaded the experimental one.  debdiff message sent;
i had not realized that this was a requirement.
