something is wrong with the mirroring. When I access
secure-testing.debian.net I get referred to the FTP
archive section of ftp.de.debian.org instead of our
homepage:

 Welcome to ftp.de.debian.org,
            hosted at dept. of CS, Technical University of Dresden,
	    Germany.
