Forcibly emptying a POP3 mailbox
...ly empty after the user downloads his mail.
(I will also need a way to make sure that users using squirrelmail leave
no populated "Sent" and "Trash" folders on server's HDD, but that's
offtopic here).
Could you please suggest a way to solve this ?
Thanks a lot,

Tinc + OSPF - is it feasible?
...y possible) ?
How do I "inject" tinc routes in OSPF and vice-versa? Should the tinc
virtual NETWORK interface participate in a Quaga/OSPF process, together
with the other physical Ethernet private interfaces? How should
/etc/tinc/NETWORK/tinc-up look like in such cases?
Thanks a lot,
R?zvan

[RFE] A way to encode passwords in the /etc/imap.passwd file
...sswd.converted
where /etc/imap.passwd.converted have the previously {PLAIN} passwords
converted in scheme CRYPT.
Passwords that were previously encrypted in other schemes than {PLAIN}
shoud remain untouched.
That will allow quick securing of old legacy /etc/imap.passwd files.

...adds at least one VPN name
(say "vpn1") in the /etc/sysconfig/tinc and the corresponding
/etc/tinc/vpn1 directory
As for the tinc.service file itself, a good start would be, IMHO:

Thank you, it works!
May I use the same wildcard syntax ('*') when configuring the expire
plugin? Something like:
mail_plugins = $mail_plugins expire
plugin {
expire = *
}
or
plugin {
expire = '*'
}
?
Best regards,

tinc initialization (in both Red Hat and Debian families)
...on file cannot be
tinc.conf
So I thought one may use /etc/sysconfig/tinc instead. Of course, this has
the disadvantage of being Red Hat-specific; it would be *great* to have,
for that role, a configuration file that resides in a common place, for
both Red Hat and Debian families.
