Where I get stuck, is I don't know how to get the value for "midnight".

Max value of each 2 rows in dataframe
...quot;lig" column (in the same
row) I need to get the maximum value for "lig" of the same row and one row
before.
for example: in the line 1231: act==0, lig==6, lig in the line 1230 is 17.
I would like it to became in line 1231: act==0, lig==17.
I would be thankful for your advice.

Could somebody please let me know whether there was a way to analyse the
data?
The data are enclosed and the question is
Is there a relationship between abundance and absdeviation?
I am interested in the upperlimit so I wanted to analyze the upper 5%.

Dotchart per groups
...I checked the values in dataframe and the second plot (without groups)
seems to use correct pch.
Does anybody know why this differences occur? Or am I just missing
something?
I work in R-studio, "R version 2.15.2 (2012-10-26)", on Mac,
"x86_64-apple-darwin9.8.0".
