Hi, When I use the analog phone connected to Zap/1 how do I transfer & hold the caller ? When I hit the flash key, all that happens is the caller hears a beep (sounds like DTMF). But no stutter dial tone on the Zap/1 Port, just continuing conversation with the caller. What could be wrong here? Cheers Jay

Hi I'm having a problem where the recall button doesn't work If i press recall before I dial numbers it disconnects me which is what I would expect, but during a conversation if I want to transfer the TDM 400 just ignores the recall Any advice would be gratefully received Thanks Robb

Is there anyway to change the "flash" time on a TDM400 phone port (a user has a phone that seems to generate a short flash which isn't being picked up).
