Gateway (online game client) - login hangs
Official site (download link, etc..) (www.warpportal.com) AppDB entry (http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=application&iId=12219) Everything appears to install and update, as normal. Afterward, I can even start the program, but when I attempt to login, it just never finishes. The "logging in" animation screen never crashes or stops, it simply never moves beyond that

Precision of values > 53 bits
What an impressively zombified thread. Though wondering how 53 bits were supposed to fit into 32 might just warrant revivification. -- Sent from my phone. Please excuse my brevity. BUG: soft lockup detected on CPU#0!
...kernel_thread_helper+0x5/0x10 These are happening every few minutes, for four domains, and rising. Machine is under somewhat high disk load (lots of scp processes copying large file systems, cfq disk sched). xen_changeset: Sun Mar 26 11:50:39 2006 +0100 9441:30ae67d6e5f0 Those domain have now zombified and are unkillable. I''ll grab the latest updates and reboot the box. -Chris _______________________________________________ Xen-devel mailing list Xen-devel@lists.xensource.com http://lists.xensource.com/xen-devel

Upssched 100% CPU after updating Debian 12
...at is who FD#7 gotta be. So it is just at this point that I get stuck explaining what happens and why :) Possibly there was a child or CLI counterpart process which died and somehow the connection did not get closed (which would return a `read()` error and evict it from the conn list), e.g. frozen/zombified, or something else connected to the pipe (antivirus heh?) and loiters there, or something else I could not think of quickly... The next clue could be to look at who is connected to the pipe file, maybe with `fuser`, or look in `ps -ef` if there are other `upssched` processes present, or look in `/...

IMAP server <defunct> (beta 7)
Hi, We've been using a 0.99 version of Dovecot for nearly a year without problems, but due to a server death I had to reinstall with the same configuration as before, but more recent versions of the software, on different hardware. This time though, every few days IMAP login and access fails, and the output of ps ax shows entries such as [imap-login] <defunct> and [imap]
