questiona about CBQ algorithm in Linux

how to emulate large IP routing table

why tcpdump can not see packet ID if sending traffic from kernel 2.4
...llo all, Does somebody met this problem before? if I send traffic from low kernel 2.2.26, when I caputre using tcpdump, I can see packetID, this way I can parse tcpdump file, measure delay and loss. But if I send traffic from 2.4 kernel, packet ID canot show in tcpdump. I don;t know why?
