diax request
First of all great job on diax. I downloaded it and tried it, could not connect, got an authentication rejected, but I have not had a chance to figure out why yet - tried with a working gnophone setup in the configuration files. Is there any way to pass command line arguements to the program ? Where I see a real niche for a lightweight softphone is being able to serve the thing from a

mailbox_list_index, stops showing new mails in mailboxes
Hello. I'm having some weird problem with (probably) mailbox_list_index, that it doesn't see new mail in mailboxes. I'm using 2.2.4 over imap and ssh/imap, and after a while dovecot stops noticing new mail in some folders. Its always the same 2-3 folders of about 30. I read something about list-index corruption in 2.2.2, and i thought it was that i was running into earlier, but this

How to use libguestfs access LVM as non-root user?
Hi, Following code snippet, running as non-root user, will throw up a 'Permission denied' RuntimeError. Could someone kindly guide me the correct way to handle LVM disk as non-root user? Cause as http://libguestfs.org homepage claims, "libguestfs doesn't need root permissions." A little confused somehow. import guestfs g = guestfs.GuestFS()

Crash on opening mailbox
Not really. I tried copying the inbox and wanted to delete half the messages to filter out the problematic one, but opening the copy works fine. What could be the culprit? Does dovecot keep some index that might be corrupted? how to run CentOS 8.2 under new WSL2?
I want to run CentOS 8.2 (2004) under Windows 10 Pro (2004) that comes with WSL2 1. Is there a list of steps anywhere, that would help me download what I need, and get CentOS 8.2 running under WSL2? 2. What would I need to download? (need direct URL - there are so many options for CentOS 8.2 , I am confused) 3. What steps would I need to take to get this running locally on my Windows 10 machine?

Forcing FCGI at dreamhost
Greetings all, I''ve got an app in production at dreamhost, but I can''t seem to force FCGI on it. I have it enabled for the domain in the admin panel, have checked the file permissions in my public folder, and tried firing the scripts from the command line. When firing either dispatch.cgi, or dispatch.fcgi from the command line, I get a 500 internal server error on BOTH.

Wine sourcing for noobs
Heres the deal; I want to install a patch. I need to do this by installing wine from source. I do not know how to do this. I have looked at the winewiki, and all over this forum. I have googled the bejesus out of it. I get that I have to unpack the wine source code and what not, all the code stuff just looks like stuff to put in terminal, but evidently that is not the case. Basically what i

Using wisotool with Steam
Anyone know if/how you can use the new wisotool (http://wiki.winehq.org/wisotool) with the games it supports through Steam? I have several of the titles it "supports" and would love to give it a try if it works through Steam. Regards, ~Jeff
