I am talking about "supported by Samba upstream",
not about "supported by a vendor or distribution".
Also, in case you are not aware:
The AD/DC setup of Samba is not (yet) supported
by RedHat or Fedora. You need a self-compiled
Samba for that. Not sure about the support...

There are already many. Start with 10886.
sssd unsupported? You must be joking. It's Red Hat! OK, it costs a

support. Or, build it yourslef even.
By all means wait until winbind is fixed. However, those of us with work
to do need it to work now. Reliably!
Thanks again.

If it was fixed it would probably make Samba4 a good replacement for SBS.

Help with Self-Referential HABTM
With the help of the Rails Recipes have got a self-referential HABTM
relationship working, but I''m really struggling with getting a new entry
from a form accepted. i should say here that the form is also submitting
info for the join table too.
So in my model I have:
class Type < ActiveRecord::Base
has_and_belongs_to_many :subtypes,
:class_name => ''Type'',

Good day all.
This is one of the most frustrating days I have had with Rails in quite some

Yesterday I complete my development and testing and everything is peachy.
I head home for the evening and do my things there.
This morning, I come back in and do my typical morning routine of starting
up eclipse and the usual "ruby script/server" command in
