Call history problems from B2BUA
...fine but calls from different contexts within the same multi-tenant PBX cannot be returned from call history. In the other, all call history is broken. I know that sounds confusing so let me illustrate. Here is the first scenario. Imagine a multi-tenant PBX with two tenants - mycompany.com and yourcompany.com. Each allows direct inbound SIP dialing to addresses such as user1 at mycompany.com. The tenants live in separate contexts within the PBX and cannot see each other's contexts for both security and because they have some overlapping extensions. Internally, user1 at mycompany.com uses exte...

multiple pbxes, multiple domains, same user ids?
Hello good ppl, A couple of questions for multiple pbxes 1. Is it possible to support multiple pbxes in one Asterisk box(using contexts, etc.)? 2. Can we use the "domain" field in sip.conf to specify the different domains for sip users, having one domain for each pbx? I just tried registering two xlites, with different domain names (with the same specified in sip.conf). But, Asterisk

how to enable dial to alex@asterisk.blurb.com
Hi The subject line says it all how do I enable this style of call. Pointers to the dns setup and asterisk setup would be great or even search words for google, as I am not sure how to search for this type of request. LDAP Authentication to Lotus Domino?
Has anybody done any authentication to Lotus Domino using LDAP? I selected LDAP options in the "authconfig-tui" application, per the documentation here: http://www.centos.org/docs/5/html/Deployment_Guide-en-US/s1-ldap-pam.html when I try to query the directory for user information though, I get no results using the ldapsearch command [root at ldapclient ~]# ldapsearch -x

[3.0.28a] Telling XP to save password?
Hello We're successfully running Samba 3.0.28a on a FreeBSD server and sharing files with XP clients. There's only one problem: By default, XP doesn't let the user save the password, so they have to type it every time they reboot. Is there a way to tell XP to remember the password between reboots/sessions? Thank you.
