R interpreting numeric field as a boolean field
Incidentally, "didn't work" is not very useful information. Please tell us
exactly what error message or apparently aberrant result you received.
Also, what do you get from:
sapply(your_dataframe, "class")
nrow(your_dataframe)
(as I suspect what you think it is, isn't).

Using auto.key with two variable plots

Having a problem solving this. I have an xyplot call that looks
like this:
print(xyplot(temp_species_EAM_Pred_Pop$x+temp_species_NULL_Pred_Pop$x~temp_species_EAM_Pred_Pop$Action,main=current_species,

tripped across mention of rle() in a message about some other problem.
rle() turned out to be a handy shortcut to splitting some of my data by
magnitude (vaguely like a sequence-based histogram).
So I thought I'd ask: what small, or

Don´t know what test i have to use
Hello,
I?m starting with my PhD and I have to stop because i got a little knowledge
in R and statistics.
I?ve got a model of this kind:
binary response variable: prevalence of infection (0/1)
3 categorical independent variables: sex, month and name of the area
I was trying with a full model like this, before the simplification
model<-aov(prevalencia~sex*month*area)
but the Fligner test
