Administrator-installed printers unavailable to regular users

R-beta: Rnotes.tgz
My question is really to Robert and Ross (and also to Bill Venables
and Dave Smith) -- but I thought that there might be wider interest in
it.
The "Notes on R" in the file Rnotes.tgz is copyrighted to the above
authors -- can I make copies of it to distribute?
I suspect that the intention of the authors is that Rnotes be as
re-distributable as R itself. However there is no GNU license

make ssh-add conditional?
Hi folks, I don't know if this has been suggested and knocked back before - I
didn't find it while googling. Anyway, I'd like ssh-add to have an option to
add a key only if it is not already present in ssh-agent. I currently use a
shell function to conditionally add a key, then login to a remote host:

A backhanded compliment for OpenSSH
We recently commissioned a new WAN. Us IT folks have been using it for months,
using ssh and scp to configure systems, copy files etc. It all worked
perfectly, across Linux, FreeBSD and nanoBSD systems.
