I have extra parameters being passed to kernel in grub:
kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.18-53.1.14.el5xen ro root=LABEL=/ console=xvc0
nousb nopcmcia parport=0
but it seems kernel ignores it in domU (works in dom0)
